2. Booking process

• User submits a booking request on the website.
• Manager contacts user to confirm availability and details.
• Booking is considered confirmed after both parties agree on terms.

3. Responsibilities

• User provides valid contact details.
• Family Loft provides up-to-date information on accommodation and pricing.
• Both parties follow agreed check-in/check-out rules.

4. Changes and cancellations

Cancellation and modification terms are confirmed individually at the moment of booking confirmation and depend on dates, season and selected house.
